Bushplane Museum

Named Canada’s Best Indoor Attraction by Attractions Canada, where adventure takes off! See exciting, interactive displays showcasing Canada’s salute to the aviation industry including display of material from Dr. Roberta Bondar’s Space Mission aboard the shuttle Discovery. Open year round.

Art Gallery

Located on the city’s waterfront, the gallery offers a wide variety of exhibitions in two galleries. Over 25 exhibits annually and an extensive permanent collection, have earned the praise of distinguished art critics from all over the world. Traveling exhibits have come from the Royal Ontario Museum, National Gallery and the Canadian Museum of Nature to name just a few. Open year round.

Sault Ste. Marie Museum

Built in 1906, the construction work was done by local craftsmen using red sandstone excavated from the Sault Canal. The highly visible Tower Clock was designed in England, installed in 1912 and still works today. The stories of the Sault Ste. Marie history are told throughout the exploration of five exhibit galleries. Open year round.
